Luxury Wellbeing & Health: Want to *Eat Clean* in Ghana, head to Mango and Wheat...

Mango and Wheat's *Naked Cake*

Paulina says: I first heard about Mango and Wheat from 'Accra It girl' around October (I think) last year, and it was touted as a fab place to 'do' light lunch -if you know what she means. She's a perfect size '8'.

As the Sybaritic world becomes all about 'hyper' luxury fitness, all things 'avocado' and what-have-yous, the 'eat clean' -stay lean movement has hit Ghana, -and Mango and Wheat has become the-go place for said brigade of La Accra Metropolis.

Generously health conscious, serving the best brunch, salads, *sugar free* freshly squeezed juices, local cuisine --and fast becoming the number one caterers du jour --I would like to bring your attention to Mango and Wheat's other talent --its 'naked Cake' -uber yummy!!

Aesthetically va-va-voom, lovingly covered in fruits without the ubiquitous icing, thus low in calories and what-have-yous, -Mango and Wheat's *Naked Cake* is a must for all fashionable birthday parties (and may I suggest -elegant weddings)...

For more info about Mango and Wheat's *Naked Cake* et al visit their facebook fan page via: https://www.facebook.com/mangoandwheat

Trending: The "Ghost Names" of Ghana.....

Paulina says: A few posts ago, --Ghana Rising Blog asked if Ghana was a cemetery ----and you know what, it's now appears to be heading in that direction, ----well if the latest errmm shenanigans coming out of our sweet Homeland Ghana are to be believed!!!

The past week has been crazy in Ghana. Not only are various brave celebrities daring to voice their displeasure at the on-going errrm lack of power and what-have-youss plaguing the nation, and the birthing of the ever infamous, 'hashtagDumsorMustStopNow' movement, --but the great land of gold, the former Gold Coast, has witnessed the errrmmm emergence of the sooo called, “Ghost Names” of Ghana's ruling leisure class (and their side bitches) being talked about publicly by none other..... than our present president (mercy. mercy me). Of course there will be those who will want to argue that the likes of Ghost Names (and things of that nature --note, government bungalows et al) were in existence way before the Nkrumah regime, ---but truth be known, things in Ghana have never been this bad or as corrupt -no????

It appears in the spirit of attempting to deal with Ghana's chronic corruption disease, ---the nation's President, John Dramani Mahama wants all those with sooo called fake and inflated payrolls with, "ghost names” across the public sector" to be, "be prosecuted." Can you Adam & Eve it? Wonders shall never cease!!!

I'm wondering.... bless my heart, --in my ignorance, with my very little education --who/whom will be set the task of investigating/implementing this here-lovely-IDEA!!!

Will they employ ---errrm outsiders, you know, people with no ties to the present Ghanaian government -say? Because, and its a huge BECAUSE, --I put it to you that every sector of every industry of every bull$%@t is corrupt in Ghana -and deep down every Mr and Mrs Mensah and their pet gorilla knows this -no?

Every and anyone purposely employed to assist in this-here-cleaning-up-ghost names IDEA will be well aware of what we call conflict-of-interest in NW London --no? Who/whom in present day Ghana has the bulls to give the present Ghanaian government a list of bulls*@t over inflated payrolls with "ghost names” when they are all in on the act? Note, Ghanaians are a lot of thingsssss but they are not stupid ---just a bunch of sleeping lions ------------not a stupid or a hopeless nation please!!!

I besiege Ghana's present government to not take --Ghana/Ghanaians' long suffering, patience or timidity as weakness -don't!!! I beg uno --------- don't!!!!

To read more about deliberately inflated fake payroll systems and sooo called “ghost names” and what the present government of Ghana are proposing to do about it dot, dot, dot...... ---visit Citi FM via: http://citifmonline.com/2015/05/08/prosecute-creators-of-payroll-ghosts-mahama-orders/#sthash.37r4yKkp.nYCY2Dfp.dpbs

MY GENERATION
My generation is in a hurry.
We want everything now now now !
We want it to happen fast and right away or we'll make it happen
We want the glory, without the story....
We want to be stars, without the scars of discipline
We want the prize, without paying the price
We want the limelight without the wilderness experience
We want thrills and frills, with no substance
We want to be eulogized without being circumcised.
We are controlled by what we see and feel than the voice of the Spirit and the WORD
We want big platforms to perform, without first being transformed
We want huge success without going through the process
We want prosperity, with no posterity
We want to shine without being refined.
I have news for you. Things don't just happen. There is something called the path of life. A way of glory. You can only achieve great success if you spend more time with God and pay serious attention to HIS voice and directions.

As Coca-Cola becomes more popular than Local Fanta in Ghana, -Ghana Rising blog asks The Coca-Cola Company to introduce its *Sugar Free* version.....

Paulina says: As someone struggling with her weight and trying her hardest to bring up her little man in a healthy and balanced way, celebrating Coca-Cola is the furthest from my mind; but since mainstream [world] discovered and fell in love with the ever young billionaire, Warren Buffett, and his ways, -Coca-Cola ---hmmmmm has become sexy (mercy). And as always --not to be left out, we Ghanaians are following suit, and have found a serious new love for the stuff!!!

The thing is -----its not that I mind this new LOVE for Coca-Cola, only........I'm having real issues with the fact that unlike Westerners -say, lovers of the dark stuff in Ghana (Africa) tend to drink the full-fat version as we say in NW London!!!

Also, if you look at The Coca-Cola Company's adverts in Ghana (Africa), you never ever see the "sugar free" variety and I think this is bad.. Its sooo important, I feel, to give the people a choice...

A week ago, I heard news of a very popular London based former DJ turned shop keeper who was dead for days before his body was discovered.. I'll call him Sammy K... This lovely man had battled with diabetes for years, --and as someone who meet him years ago in his DJing days, --can attest that even though he was very slim, he was probably not very health conscious...

Another brother I heard about recently is another former DJ --who, bless him --has now had to have both his legs amputated ---also, due to diabetes!!!

Please note, ........I'm not saying that Coca-Cola caused the aforementioned Ghana born DJ's to suffer from diabetes, --but I feel that they are just the tip of the iceberg in terms of the amount of Ghanaians living with/ known or unknown with diabetes!!!

Note also that I too love an occasional bottle of Coca-Cola at a party -say, but lets make it very clear ---- I would only ever drink the *Sugar Free* version...... Thus, I'm imploring Team Coca-Cola, who are, "the world’s largest beverage company" to really push their *Sugar Free* drinks in Ghana as Ghana/Ghanaians are not up-to-speed on the epidemic that is diabetes.

Ohhhh..... before I'm inundated with emails telling me --the real reason Warren Buffett is sometimes photographed with a bottle of Coke is because he has stocks and shares in said company.... I already know Maame -relax, small.... Chill out.

Soooooooo ---to Team Coca-Cola, as you becomes more popular than Ghanaian local Fanta in the great GH, -Ghana Rising blog would like to ask you to push your *Sugar Free* drinks --more, or as is now also popular in London (but starting to wane), --introduce the Ghanaian public to your new Coca-Cola Life (green bottle) with its lower calories -made with vegetable extracts -and sweetened with natural sources ( a bit of sugar and Steviol) -thanks.

Interesting Facts: Did you know 30's child film star Shirley Temple was the 18th United States Ambassador to Ghana?

Probably the most famous and successful child star ever Shirley began this illustrious career at the ripe of age of three in 1932. She achieved international acclaim the movie “Bright Eyes” one year later. For her outstanding performances during 1934 Shirley was awarded a Juvenile Academy Award. “Heidi” and “Curly Top” also starred Shirley and were box office smash hits. During her teens Shirley did not appear in many movies and then in 1950 she retired completely from stardom at the tender age of 22. Shirley had been Hollywood’s most successful draw card for four years consecutively from 1935 until 1938. Shirley chose the Diplomatic Service and achieved success in this career also, and even became the 18th United States Ambassador to Ghana. Ghanaians Making History: Divorce via Facebook

Victor Sena Blood-Dzraku

Title: This Man Received His Divorce Papers via Facebook
Dated: April 7, 2015

It’s easy to miss sometimes because we’re living through it and it’s all we know, but society is undergoing historic changes in an extremely short amount of time because of the advent of the internet. Everything about the internet seems weird and strange, because it’s all so new. But, these barriers need to be broken and new norms created to fit the changed world we live in, one awkward transition at a time.

What I’m saying is, you can now serve divorce papers using Facebook.

That’s the precedent being set in a Manhattan court ruling to help a woman get a divorce from her very hard to find husband. According to a Daily News report, 26-year-old Ellanora Baidoo of Brooklyn has been seeking a divorce from her husband, whom she married in a civil ceremony in 2009. After he reneged on the promise of a follow-up traditional Ghanaian wedding ceremony, the two fell out, and their communications were apparently limited to phone and online interactions. Like, say, Facebook.

That made it tough to serve divorce papers, because you can’t serve someone you can’t find—until now, that is. After her husband left his apartment in 2011, there’s been no official address on record, and Baidoo had no idea where to actually find the guy. But, she did have his Facebook account, and now that’s enough. Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Matthew Cooper decided that divorce papers can be served using Facebook Messenger, which Baidoo’s lawyer wasted little time in doing.

No word on whether or not Facebook’s “seen by” confirmations will play a role, but you have to figure that’s the next logical step forward. And, it’s just one more reminder that if you’re going to try to go dark, staying on Facebook definitely isn’t going to help you.

Paulina says: Hmmmmmm don't let anyone tell yaaaa that we Ghanaians are not always at the very forefront, at the very cutting edge of news/innovation/ and other errrmm stuff (mercy)!!!

Can you Adam-and-Eve it? I really feel for our sister, nurse Ellanora Baidoo -don't you?

She really tried paaaa ---to get hold of that man, her soon-to-be ex husband Victor Sena BLOOD-Dzraku -didn't she hmmm?

Anyway, I'm guessing this is the future of divorce and everything else, social media (mercy)!!!!

Still........good luck to nurse Ellanora Baidoo, may she get all her hearts desires -and may we all learn from this story ---stay away from Ghanaian men called BLOOD.  To read more about this innovative story visit: http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/brooklyn/exclusive-woman-facebook-serve-divorce-papers-article-1.2174577

Crime & Punishment: Prophet Eric Isaiah Adusah Arrested in Connection with Wife's Death....

The couple are pastors at the Tottenham branch of Global Light Revival Ministries

Title: Charmaine Adusah: Pregnant Brit found dead in bath in Ghana as Christian leader husband 'arrested'

Charmaine and her husband Eric Isaiah Adusah had attended a church programme in the west African nation's city of Koforidua then decided to stay on in the country to enjoy some time together.....

**A pregnant British pastor was found dead in a hotel bathroom in Ghana - and her Christian leader husband has reportedly been arrested for murder.

Charmaine Adusah, 41, and her husband Eric Isaiah Adusah, 28, the head pastor at the Tottenham, north London, branch of Global Light Revival Ministries, had attended a church programme in the west African nation's city of Koforidua.

Adusah stayed at a guest house, while his wife stayed with host pastor, Bishop Yaw Adu. After the religious event, the couple decided to enjoy some time together before returning to the UK.

Daily Guide Ghana reported the couple had a disagreement about how long they should stay in Ghana - Charmaine wanted to spend a month there, while her husband argued that was far too long.
The couple checked into the Royal Mac Dic Hotel on Monday March 16 for five days, according to police.

The next day, Adusah claimed he had other engagements back in the UK and left the hotel at the dawn.

He reportedly told the front desk that his wife, originally from Arbroath in Scotland, did not want to be disturbed and staff should only respond to her if she requested something.

After three days hotel staff became worried and used a spare key to get in the room.

There they found the three months pregnant woman, allegedly in the bathtub, who was described as "lying prostrate with a white towel wrapped around her, almost in a decomposed state," according to the paper.

It was claimed Adusah was arrested on suspicion of murder, but this has yet to be confirmed.

Mrs Adusah, maiden name Spiers, is a former NHS radiography assistant. The pair married last September after a whirlwind romance.

She has an eight-year-old son from a previous relationship in Wales.

He is staying with his father, a British man, reports the Mail on Sunday. Global Light Revival Ministries did not wish to comment.

A statement on their website reads: "Global Light Revival Ministry regret to announce the passing away of our 1st Lady Charmaine Isaiah Adusah.

"The Ministry express our deepest sympathy to our Prophet Eric Isaiah and the Speirs family and stand with them in prayer at this time. Thank you. God Bless."

Global Light Revival Church describes itself on its website as a growing international, multi-cultural church.

A Foreign Office spokesman said: "We can confirm the death of a British national in Ghana. Mr Adusah has not requested consular assistance."

Paulina says: My goodness.. Rest in Perfect Peace Charmaine Adusah!!!!  I think we've all heard something about this tragic story --but I was waiting for more info to come to light before sharing --and it has --and globally (can you imagine--hmmm)!!!

You know.....dot, dot, dot..........it never ceases to amaze me how easy it is for folk to wake-up, jump out of trees and become/call themselves -Prophet or Bishop or whatever ----can you imagine -the devil is a liar!!!

I'm still waiting for the full truth, but in the mean time -----I want to discuss this 28 year age thingy, and that desperate need by some in our community to get-a-stay-in-England-by-any-means- necessary!!!!!

When did it become alright for God fearing people to start changing their age/name/status/sexual orientation et al to get a STAY in Great Britain????

When did it become acceptable for God fearing people to start marrying whomever/whatever to get a STAY in Britain?

Alongside some of our *own* pretending to be single (while living in the same house as their spouse) to gain housing and other benefits in the UK, -folk falsifying their age/name/status/sexual orientation  and marrying under false pretences (especially if the spouse-to-be is genuinely in LOVE) just to gain entry/stay in the UK ---is out and out wrong/sin, and this is something our community should be addressing!!!!

It can never be right to have enough faith to produce ***the fruit of the womb -say, but somehow ---you just can't muster up enough FAITH to trust God enough to give you a STAY in the UK without committing a crime --because that is what it is, it is a crime!!!

**If you gain a STAY in the UK under false pretences --it is a crime and as such, its punishable --if not on planet earth then else where!!!!

Now its not that I'm without compassion ---or because I was blessed(???) enough to be born here in Great Britain (not that being born elsewhere is not also a blessing --you hear) --because I have plenty of compassion.

Only, I respect the country of my birth and truly believe that if its God's will for you to be in England or Wales or wherever --he will make a way, plus I truly believe you must respect the law of every Sovereign country --and "Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's."

Anyway I waffle on hmmm...but I really pray that the truth prevails and that TRUE justice is served ---because as all regular readers of La Ghana Rising Blog will attest, --our sweet homeland Ghana like the rest of Africa --has its very OWN version of the truth... And there are times when MONEY can talk ---and somehow corrupt the REAL truth, thus, affect the outcome!!!

My prayers go out to the family of Charmaine Adusah, God bless you all... May they get the truth and justice -IJN Amen...

Is Ghana a cemetery....

When Ghanaians loot money they keep it in Switzerland. When sick they go to Germany or India. When investing they go to America. When buying mansions, they visit London. When shopping they go to Dubai. When on Holidays they visit Paris or Bahamas. When educating their children, they select Europe. When praying they go to Saudi Arabia or Jerusalem.

But, when they DIE they all want to be BURIED in GHANA! Please ask them for me, IS GHANA A CEMETERY? (credit: Quophi O Facebook)

"The one thing that you have that nobody else has is you. Your voice, your mind, your story, your vision. So write and draw and build and play and dance and live only as you can."

Paulina says: Is there something you was building/launching/creating/planning ----then fate/life/disaster stepped in and scattered and derailed it/you....leaving you somewhere you've never been; somewhere you don't recognise -somewhere -somewhere -somewhere far far away from who you thought you was??? If that is you -its time to crea8 again -Amen!!!

Its time to accept what has gone and let it GO, -----be they broken dreams, a broken heart, broken body etc ---but crea8 you must -and NOW!!!

The thing is....there are some trials that one goes through that rocks you soooooo hard, sooo hard to the core, to the bone ---that cuts sooo deep ----that it can only have come/be permitted from above!!!

These trials take you from: happy and selfish, content and buzzing, life-and-soul-of-the-party, sexy & free, sassy and fun, excited about an idea/business/service/things & stuff that feel sooo right, sooo hopeful, sooo fabulous ----------to falling, ------to drowning -----to hurt ----to pain ----to nothingness -----to barrenness ------to shame --------to lost ways, ------to low valleys -------to dry bones ------to ground zero!!!! And they/it can last for yearssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!!

.......................Then you start looking around ---and you start noticing things you never noticed before!! You start feeling things you never felt before. You start to appreciate and value people you never valued before.......

You are sooo humbled, sooo broken, sooo come-apart ----that you can no longer fake it ---AND your knees hit the ground like never before ---because for the first time ever in your life, you really realize  --you don't know where you are, don't really know who you are, don't really know where you are going --- even though you once knew --you no longer know -NOW!!! -----AND most importantly........you are tired and you can no longer run from God,----and know that ---apart from HIM you can do nothing!!!!!!

And because you belong to God --his WILL now becomes your will.. And because you no longer see him as a cruel God -you start to trust him more ---and rest in him -more....Selah!!!

-Then something truly magical happens ---you start getting to know God, to delight in him ----that very same God who has been there forever, gently waiting for you to come to him...... and then you fall in love, fall in healing, and in peace ---Amen!!!

The transformation then startsss.... Painful but real, breaking but a coming together --of extreme deep, layered healing -Amen.. Sooooo you might feel exposed and ashamed --but it produces peaceful sleep (at long last)....... giving you beauty for ashes .....getting rid of fears and wrong thinking Selah!!!!!!

Plus........that silly  need to be SOMETHING, or someone, or whatever ......no longer matters. The desperate need for people to see you a certain way no longer matters -and all of a sudden there is maturity --a level of maturity which makes you feel sooo alive but also ---set apart, soo much closer to God, --allowing you to tap into the higher you ---like you sort of kind get it --allowing you to see the bigger picture!!!

You find that most of what you held true is/was wrong.. That somehow you was mis-educated and your foundation needs to be built again -this time on the rock --our Lord and saviour Christ Jesus -Amen!!!!!

Sooooo you've been hidden; obscured, segregated /separated  ---and your soooo called friends have all gone!!! And ...it feels like its been forever since you felt like yourself and it tarries.......oh my goodness it tarries but believe God --because things are about to change -Amen!!!

Now you are tired, ......battle-worn, ......a bit tatty, ......a bit shabby, ....a bit or a lot older!! Fatter maybe, less attractive in your own eyes, less youthful --maybe, less confident, less sure............. but your heart has alsooo been stretched, ---and you are now much closer to God than you've ever been -----and there is a new found lightness, a gentler, nicer you, an elegant --less needy you, an all seeing, less judgemental freer ---more loving you -Amen!!!

And even though the devil keeps reminding you about your *old* former life, --that *other* life when you had this and that, -----a lifestyle that afforded you a couple of holidays a year, when you had money and a few designer handbags et al ------BUT now, even though its painful [some times], and you are having to exercise FAITH that moves mountains [mercy]...........you know you would never want to go back... Because its NOW all about a new thing, a new level....and a new thing is a new thing...Selah!!

"Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and
rivers in the desert." Isaiah 43:18-19

You've grown tooo much. Suffered tooo much, seen tooo much, hurt tooo much, cried tooo much ---expanded tooo much, stretched to new levelss, a new capacity -----to quit and go back to the old...... Plus you kind of like you more now ---and God and only God can fill you up -Amen, ----and that's finely fine with you! No more fighting God Selah!!!!

Sooo what now my love? Be brave my dear!!! Know that even though the world has stayed the same -you are no longer the you of yesteryear, certainly not the you of three years ago!!!

Be brave -dare to dream again. Dare to believe God --the only constant in your life to come through for you -Amen!!!! Put your best foot forward by FAITH ----and crea8. Crea8. Crea8....Crea8.....

Remember, "The one thing that you have that nobody else has is you. Your voice, your mind, your story, your vision. So write and draw and build and play and dance and live only as you can."

Though the devil keeps taunting, keeps telling you its toooo LATE, that its over for you..... Don't worry................ its not OVER. Not over at all my dear, its just beginning oooOOoo!!!

Don't be afraid, the bottom isn't going to fall out -again. The earth isn't going to be pulled from under you -again.... Your feet are firmly planted on the ground -Amen!!!

Plus....... lessons learnt means --you are now operating at a level ---with a truckload of wisdom and LOVE that blows even your own mind -Amen. But the biggest lesson of all, is not that you Love God but that God first loved you -Amen, ---and you now want soooooo much MORE than before!!!

Your new elevated status /largess means you now want to achieve sooo much, to build sooo much more, to crea8 sooo much more and give more (charity) -------and really ---that's what the journey/ the lessons were about odo... Because when you serve a big wonderful mighty gracious loving God, --small dreams/businesses/plans/ventures etc are not enough!!! Our God can and does sooo much more than that -his hands are not short -Amen!!!!!!

Sooo get up. Nobody cares if you're wearing the same clothes you wore three years ago. Nobody cares if you feel tooo old --your life is just beginning -my dear!!! Go forth!!!

Nobody cares if you've just come out of prison and your whole town has changed/moved/grown, and is now full to bursting with new buildings and people you don't recognise -no one cares  --Go forth!!!

I don't care if you no longer have the vast contacts you used to have -most of them have moved on --anyway..Soooo go forth odo!!!!

Nobody cares if you feel socially awkward or shy ---just go out there and believe that the same God who brought/got you through the wilderness is the same God who will carry you the rest of the journey -Amen!!!! So LIVE, have FUN ---and LAUGH AGAIN -and go forth odo and be fierce .......Amen. xx

"For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, wait for it; For it will certainly come, it will not delay." Habakkuk 2:3

Sports: Go Black Stars, Go Ghana!!!!!

"Ghana last won the AFCON 33 years ago, whilst Côte d'Ivoire won their only title 23 years ago." Jojo Asante

Paulina says: I must apologise for being MIA folksss --sorry!! *As you can imagine, real life has a way of taking over and demanding that we all grow-up (yuck) and take what adults call --responsibility, (can you imagine) example, earn money and pay bills (double yuck) -you know, things of that nature!!

Also, I'm sure that like me, --you too, have had your very own **kpa kpa Kpa** movement to overcome!!! Thus, even here in London --I have had to, 'steal from Paul to pay Peter' and errmmm, "elaborate myself and adjust certain things" and what-have-youss, leaving me very little time to blog; --but I've heard you, read the messages, received the emails -and I'm going to try (a little bit harder -laughter).....

[Paulina the job at hand........concentrate!!!!] Ok so what happened to our people in that game against Equatorial Guinea??? What kind of out-of-control, shameful, disgraceful behaviour were the host nation of Equatorial Guinea serving Ghanaian fans -and is tonight's long-awaited, much anticipated  match between [us] Ghana and Ivory Coast --safe??? Hmmmm!!!!

We know 30 plus Ghanaian supporters were injured --but I was disappointed to not hear from any member of Ghana's present government condemning the horrendous/dangerous behaviour of the Equatorial Guinea fans!!!  I am soooo tired of this present government ---why?

Anyway I want to take this opportunity to thank our boysss -our wonderful national team ---Black Stars.... for reaching the finals (clap for them)..... Ghana Rising blog wishes you God's speed, ------ because after Papa God, you are our [Ghana's] only hope, our ray-of-light, our joy oOoo!!!

Not oil, not gold, not cocoa --or whatever..... but you Black Stars --are all we have left after what feels like years in the wilderness of lost hope. The nation of Ghana [and beyond] is behind you 100%........and is looking forward to a magnificent Win and victory over our fellow Akan brothers over the boarder. Bring the cup home oOOOoo...  xXXxx

The Kpa Kpa Kpa Movement...... The Struggle is real OooOooOoo....

Do remember to watch the above film clip via https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wC4rPfyYp44

Paulina says: Where to start? When pioneer and all-round-innovator, Mohammed Ayeetey Okwabei
coined the phrase, 'Kpa Kpa Kpa' --Ghanaians everywhere were at long last able to eloquently put into words what the past two years of 'dumsor dumsor' poli-tricks had/has done to the oil rich nation of Ghana, its nationals, its reputation, its infrastructure or lack thereof, -the shame, the disappointment, the suffering --basically the out-and-out hopelessness of this here worsening situation!!!

Mr Mohammed Ayeetey Okwabei --I'm a big fan by the way, rightfully describe what I can only errmm decipher is a 'survival' type way where you DON'T STEAL -but you somehow find a way to feed your family in Ghana's worsening economy by errmmm, "elaborating yourself and adjusting certain things"  -Asem!!!

Of course many would argue Kpa Kpa Kapaa has been in Ghana [Africa] since time immemorial but lets keep it real, -nobody had the know-how to call it the much loved 'Kpa Kpa Kpa'!!!

Kpa Kpa Kpa is now *beyond* a movement, -and has given birth to a new type of academic lifestyle thingy --see #Kpakpakpa on Twitter ---and music including Guru's - Kpa Kpa Kpa Movement (Viral Video) below.....
