“A day's exhibition of tailored African couture by young fashion designers. The exhibition will also include accessories, make-up bars, as well as exhibition of cosmetics and beauty products. The highlight of the event will be a runway fashion show in the evening featuring some of the most avant-garde creative young and upcoming Ghanaian fashion designers. The fashion show will also be interlaced with soothing musical performances from various celebrated artistes.”
I’m uber excited about this exhibition, -we really need platforms that celebrate talented creative young people of Ghana. Note, as I written before, -Alliance Française d' Accra located in Accra’s chichi Airport Residential Area is the go-to venue for Ghana’s in-crowd and offers expats and the fashionable -a host of events throughout the year. Thus teaming up with the younger BUZZGH -should make things really relevant and offer a totally different slant on Ghanaian fashion. I really wish I was in Ghana -right now…
