Wonders will never cease!!!!! Apparently, Ghana Police has a Marine division??? Are they having a laugh? Are they pulling our legs? Some advice: why not start small-small-sure-and-steady -with lifeguards who can swim and are stationed at all beaches/swimming pools/resorts or anywhere there's water for that matter... Getting sick of all the nonsense.....
