In May 2013, we launch the inaugural WIE Africa.
Africa is currently experiencing some of the fastest economic growth in the world. The common image of a continent mired in war, corruption and poverty, fails to reflect the complete picture.

WIE Africa aims to contribute to changing the perceptions of Africa as a whole by showcasing successful African women and innovation. We hope to connect with the next generation of African leaders through a series of fully interactive, informative and exciting sessions.

Join us in Cape Town for two inspiring days. Or attend our hosted live satellite feed in Johannesburg.
We are proud to partner with the Wellbeing Foundation Africa on the inaugural WIE Africa

More Info about WIE.....
WIE, which stands for Women, Inspiration and Enterprise launched its first symposium in New York City in 2010. Our mission was to provide a platform for this generation’s women leaders to inspire and empower the next generation.

Over the years, the WIE Symposium has attracted an incredible lineup of thought leaders such as Nancy Pelosi, Jill Biden, Arianna Huffington, Melinda Gates, Sarah Brown, Queen Rania, Donna Karan, Diane von Furstenberg, Aerin Lauder, Jennifer Buffett, Ted Turner, Lauren Bush, Christy Turlington, Iman, Rosario Dawson and Nora Ephron.

The WIE Symposium is an ambitious and innovative event that brings together smart, engaged, forward thinking women interested in meeting likeminded individuals, expanding their knowledge and making a difference.
