“I Told You So combines comedy in the local dialect to
tell the story of how young women use riches as a tool for marriage. At the end
of the story, one gets a reminder of what might now be a cliché; all that
glitters is not gold.”
The elegant…..real time, easy breezy pace and the Fanti language
makes this film a true gem ----and truly exposures how far the other way, Ghana
has gone in its tacky relentless copying of Nollywood films.. I can’t believe
it –we used to make good films/movies –what happened?
